Ingredients of 1 sachet: chamomile flower 375 mg, ginkgo biloba leaf 375 mg, lemon balm
leaf 300 mg, heather 225 mg, St. John's wort 75 mg, passion fruit 75 mg,
lavender medical flower 75 mg.
Method of preparation: 1 infusion bag pour ¼ l boiling water, cover the cup and let it infuse 12 - 15
minutes.
Dosage: 1 - 3 sachets per day.
