Všehoj (ginseng) gives the body energy and vitality, strengthens resistance to stress, induces a feeling of physical and mental well-being. St. John's wort strengthens the ability to adapt to stress, nettle supports physical vitality, gives a feeling of higher energy. Hibiscus helps with fatigue, increases energy and vitality, strengthens mental and physical condition. Strengthens the body and resistance to mental and physical fatigue. Cinnamon strengthens mental and physical condition, gives energy to the body, increases resistance to fatigue. 

Composition of 1 bag: whole true root 450 mg (one of the main components 30%), schisandra fruit 300 mg (one of the main ingredients 20%), nettle leaf 300 mg (one of the main ingredients 20%), Sudanese hibiscus flower 225 mg (one of the main ingredients 15%), true cinnamon bark 225 mg (one of the main ingredients 15%).

Method of preparation: pour ¼ l of boiling water over 1 bag, cover the cup and let it infuse for 12-15 minutes.

Dosage: 1 - 2 bags per day.
