Procedure flow:

During the Dr. Nek EMS procedure, you lie down and your muscles work out on their own.
I will attach two attachments to your body, we will select the gender, the part/parts being treated, the program, and set the intensity and go for it.

There is nothing special to be observed before or after the procedure!
