Procedure:

For the duration of the Dr.Nek EMS zero Ultra procedure, you lie down and your muscles exercise on their own.
We attach a belt and one to four attachments to your body, select your gender, the part/parts to be treated, the program, set the intensity and go.

There is nothing special to follow before or after the treatment!
