Dr.Nek kinesio tapes in pink, 5 cm wide and 5 m long, are ideal for all types of taping. The tapes are made of cotton and we recommend buying them together with the Dr.Nek tape scissors.

The elasticity and thickness of kinesiological tapes roughly correspond to human skin, they are breathable, waterproof- the application therefore does not prevent normal daily hygiene, swimming or performing various sports activities, and they are also hypoallergenic.

There is no such thing as an allergy to tapes, only an allergy to glue. The glue that is on the tapes is similar to a plaster.
