Dr.Nek Online Craniosacral Therapy Course

During this therapy, deep physical and mental relaxation occurs, the nervous system calms down, and the body’s internal balance improves. Through gentle touch, the therapist supports the body in returning to balance on its own – without pressure, manipulation, or interference of ego.

Craniosacral therapy may positively affect:

• back pain, cervical and lumbar spine pain

The technique includes specific gentle holds and procedures performed in silence and calm, often with the client fully clothed. The essence of the therapy lies in listening to the body, perceiving its rhythm, and respecting its needs. Each session is individual and adapted to the client’s current condition.

The online course allows you to study from the comfort of your own home at your own pace. It includes an instructional video, detailed scripts and an explanation of the principles of craniosacral therapy, including a demonstration of basic techniques.

What equipment do I need to perform craniosacral therapy?
Craniosacral therapy is a very gentle method that does not require any special devices or complex equipment.
For the comfort of both the client and the therapist, the following are recommended:

massage or therapeutic table
clean sheets or disposable mat
soft blanket
pillow or headrest
A calm and undisturbed environment is also important, allowing the client to deeply relax.
However, the most important tool of the therapist is the sensitive and receptive touch of the hands, which allows monitoring the craniosacral rhythm and supporting the body's natural regenerative processes.
