Who is the course for?
In the Czech Republic, a legislative change has allowed beauticians to perform buccal massage that includes manipulation inside the oral cavity. This change came into effect on October 1, 2024.
Act No. 96/2004 Coll. on Non-Medical Healthcare Professions was amended by Act No. 123/2024 Coll., which extended the competencies of beauticians to include buccal massage with intraoral manipulation. The amendment was approved by the Parliament of the Czech Republic and signed by the President in June 2024.
