In-person Kinesio taping course

El curso presencial se realiza en nuestro Salón Dr.Nek, en la dirección Kloboučnická 1442/4, Praga 4. Te guiarán formadoras con experiencia, masajistas profesionales. La duración del curso es de unas 4-6 horas, según la disponibilidad del curso; en el curso presencial el aforo máximo es de 3 participantes.

Kinesiological taping is a modern rehabilitation method in which elastic bands - tapes are applied to the skin.

The treated part retains full range of motion, so there is no restriction. In addition, the tape allows air and moisture to pass through, which extends the time it can be stuck to the skin without endangering it in any way and works 24 hours a day.

The tape fulfills its therapeutic function for up to 5 days, depending on the place of application. When applying tapes, there are several effects on the human body.

Thanks to the tapes, we can positively influence the function of the muscles, lymphatic system and joints. Taping speeds up the course of treatment and is used as an auxiliary method in the treatment of a number of diagnoses. The method is suitable for both adults and children.

What will we teach you on the course?
In the theoretical part, we will discuss everything that is important to know for the correct application of tapes, from the history, allergy test, correct equipment for taping, skin preparation, types of tape application, functionality of tapes, etc. During the practical part, you will try out several types of tape application on different parts of the body on a model. The course ends with the presentation of a course completion certificate. After completing the course, our trainers are available to answer any questions.
