Thanks to a small amount of cinnamon, the blend also has mild aphrodisiac effects. This essential oil blend may also be helpful in relieving menopausal discomfort.

Usage

Add 3–5 drops to water in an aroma lamp or the desired number of drops to a diffuser or inhaler stick. It may also be used for direct inhalation. Do not apply undiluted to the skin. Avoid contact with eyes and keep out of reach of children.
