Face roller and Gua Sha massage set inSPORTline Siarto Set consists of a practical massage roller a kamene from natural mineral Jadeit. The set is used for a massage technique called Gua Sha. Gua Sha is a technique that comes from traditional Chinese medicine. It is a pleasant massage that activates the lymph in the subcutaneous tissue and thus releases tension in the muscles. Gua means to scratch and Sha means negation. Using Gua Sha, we literally "scrape imperfections from the body". In some cases, they may appear after the massage reddened spots on the skin. However, there is nothing to worry about.
