Face roller and Gua Sha massage set inSPORTline Rosado Set consists of a practical massage roller y a stone from natural mineral rose quartz. The set is used for a massage technique called Gua Sha. Gua Sha is a technique that comes from traditional Chinese medicine. It is a pleasant massage that activates the lymph in the subcutaneous tissue and thereby relieves tension in the muscles. Gua means to scratch and Sha means negation. Using Gua Sha, we literally "scrape imperfections from the body". In some cases, they may appear after the massage reddened spots on the skin. However, there is nothing to worry about. Skin redness doesn't mean anything bad and disappears after one week at most. 

   

Massage using a roller and stone supports blood circulation in the skin and this leads to reduction of swelling and reduction of deep wrinkles. In addition, the massage intensively relaxes the muscles in the face, neck and décolleté and at the same time helps to better absorbability of cosmetic products. Stone Rosary, which was used in the production, has many positive effects. Usage

Apply a cream, oil, or other cosmetic product to the face and décolleté. Start the massage with the roller in the decollete area, always try to massage in the direction from bottom to top a from the center to the edges.
