Massage therapist, cosmetician, fitness trainer and nutrition consultant. In her video lesson, she explains the fundamentals of nutrition, the impact of a calorie deficit, hydration, sleep, exercise and stress on the results of maderotherapy.

MUC Pavel Tichý – Lymphotherapist, Lymphologist

A lymphotherapist with 27 years of experience who has devoted his career to clinical practice, lectures and publications focused on the lymphatic system and cellulite.

During the course, you will gain professional knowledge about cellulite, swelling, the lymphatic system and the differences between cellulite, lipedema and lymphedema.

MUC Pavel Tichý has gained extensive experience through his work at the Lymphology Outpatient Clinic of the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute in Brno, the RIVA Private Aesthetic Surgery Clinic in Brno, the Centre of Holistic Medicine in Prague, and currently runs his own private practice in Prague and Brno.

Romana Gibert Gonzalez – Massage Therapist with 13 Years of Experience

A practical demonstration led by an experienced massage therapist specializing in maderotherapy and the treatment of problematic tissues. You may know Romana as the face of our social media channels and the host of the Dr.Nek Beauty Talk podcast. Thanks to her 13 years of professional experience, she is a recognized expert who has appeared in interviews on Prima News and Roma TV discussing maderotherapy.

Lucie Jelínková – Massage Therapist and Author of the Course Manual

The course manual was created by our instructor Lucie Jelínková. Lucie has specialized in maderotherapy and manual lymphatic drainage for more than six years. She continuously expands her education and has been part of the Dr.Nek team since the very beginning. She has completed four specialized courses focused on the lymphatic system, lymphatic drainage and lymphology, and has incorporated her practical experience into the course materials.
