Mgr. Sára Fedáková – Healthy Lifestyle Specialist

Massage therapist, beautician, fitness trainer and nutrition consultant. In her video lesson she explains the basics of nutrition and the effect of caloric deficit, fluid intake, sleep, movement and stress on maderotherapy results. 

MUC Pavel Tichý – Lymphotherapist, lymphologist

A lymphotherapist with 27 years of experience who has long devoted himself to his own practice as well as lecturing and publishing on the lymphatic system and cellulite.
In the course you will learn expert information about cellulite, swelling, the lymphatic system and the differences between cellulite, lipoedema and lymphoedema.
MUC Pavel Tichý draws on experience from his work at the Lymphology Outpatient Clinic of the Masaryk Memorial Cancer Institute in Brno, the RIVA Private Clinic of Aesthetic Surgery in Brno, and the Centre for Holistic Medicine in Prague, and now runs his own private practice in Prague and Brno.

Lucie Jelínková – a massage therapist who has worked with maderotherapy since its beginnings in the Czech Republic and created the course materials

Lucie is a massage therapist who has been dedicated to maderotherapy and lymphatic drainage for almost 7 years. She continuously educates herself and has been involved with maderotherapy with us since our beginnings. On the topics of maderotherapy, Brazilian lymphatic drainage, the lymphatic system, lymphatic drainage and lymphology, she has completed 7 courses in the Czech Republic and abroad, and has put all her practical experience into both the course materials and the practical part.
