The Jumping online course will teach you how to use the trampoline correctly and most effectively for exercise. 

What is jumping?
It is a dynamic fitness activity performed on specially developed trampolines. Jumping  it is not tied to difficult choreography steps, therefore it is really suitable for everyone. It positively affects the cardiovascular system, increases lung capacity and overall endurance. It favorably affects the condition of the muscles of the pelvic floor. It is therefore suitable for mothers after childbirth (after 6 weeks).
