How NANOLION Supreme Protection FFP2 works

NANOLION Supreme Protection FFP2 is a reusable nanofibre half-mask with the NnF MBRANE – BreaSAFE® membrane, which forms the basis of FFP3-class respirators. One respirator can be used to protect against microorganisms for 1 week. The pack contains 5 pieces – so up to 5 weeks of protection per pack, with an excellent quality/price ratio.

Protection against microorganisms

The NnF MBRANE BreaSAFE® membrane – according to tests (VFE/BFE) – captures up to 99.9% of viruses and bacteria (see “Related files” on the product page).

Reusable (washable)

The half-mask can be hand-washed with disinfectant. The manufacturer states a minimum lifespan of 5 wash cycles (internally tested up to 7 cycles without loss of filtration performance).

Perfect fit without gapping

The anatomical shape and nose clip ensure a perfect fit on the face and minimise unwanted air leakage.

Light, breathable and comfortable

You can breathe and talk easily through the respirator. It is extremely lightweight, durable and easy to fold into a pocket.

Confirmed 99.9% capture rate

The NnF MBRANE BreaSAFE® membrane was measured by the world-renowned testing laboratory Nelson Labs (USA). VFE and BFE tests confirm a 99.9% capture rate of viruses and bacteria. Supporting documents can be found in the “Related files” tab of the product.

Valveless technology

The respirator is valveless – meaning it protects both you and those around you. Suitable for situations where two-way protection is important. The respirator meets FFP2 class requirements (capture of at least 94% of solid particles).

How to properly care for the half-mask

After each use

We recommend applying disinfectant spray to both the outer and inner side of the half-mask. This sterilises it for safe further use. Sterilisation: spray the surface on both sides with an alcohol- or isopropyl alcohol-based disinfectant.

Cleaning and hand-washing

Hand-wash with disinfectant and alcohol- or isopropyl-alcohol-based water. Thanks to the membrane, the half-mask retains its filtration performance even after multiple wash cycles. Internal tests: filtration performance retained even after 7 wash cycles.
