Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of payment, with courier delivery taking a further 1-2 business days within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. For larger professional devices not directly in stock, delivery can take several weeks – the exact timeframe is always shown on the specific product page.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept online card payment, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. For professional devices and courses, payment can also be arranged individually, including installment options – simply contact us at objednavky@dr-nek.cz or by phone.
Do you only sell products, or can I book a course with you as well?
Our online shop offers both cosmetic and massage products and devices for immediate purchase, as well as in-person and online certified courses. After purchasing a course, we will contact you to confirm the exact date and location.
Where is your salon located, and can I try the devices in person?
Our main Dr.Nek salon is in Prague at Kloboučnická 1442/4, with a second location at Beauty Hub Benešov, Tyršova 2321. At both salons you can book a consultation or try selected devices and treatments in person.
Are your products and devices certified?
Yes, our professional devices and cosmetic products meet the required European certifications and standards for salon and home use. Specific certificates and technical specs are listed on each product page, or we are happy to send them on request.
What is the process for returns or complaints?
You can return purchased goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. For complaints, contact us at objednavky@dr-nek.cz or by phone at +420 734 246 686, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible in line with our terms and conditions.
