How NANOLION supreme protection FFP2 works

NANOLION supreme protection FFP2 is a reusable nanofibre half-mask with the NnF MBRANE – BreaSAFE® membrane, which forms the basis of FFP3-class respirators. One respirator can be used for protection against microorganisms for up to 1 week. The pack contains 5 pieces – that's up to 5 weeks of protection per pack, with an excellent QUALITY / PRICE ratio.

Protection against microorganisms

According to tests (VFE/BFE), the NnF MBRANE BreaSAFE® membrane captures up to 99.9% of viruses and bacteria (see “Related files” on the product page).

Reusable (washable)

The half-mask can be hand-washed in disinfectant. The manufacturer states a minimum lifespan of 5 wash cycles (internally tested for up to 7 cycles without loss of filtration performance).

Perfect fit with no leakage

The anatomical shape and nose clip ensure a perfect fit on the face and minimise unwanted air leakage.

Light, breathable and comfortable

You can breathe and speak comfortably while wearing it. It is extremely light, durable and easy to fold into a pocket.

The NnF MBRANE BreaSAFE® membrane was tested by the globally recognised Nelson Labs laboratory (USA). VFE and BFE tests confirm a 99.9% capture rate for viruses and bacteria.

Valveless technology

The respirator is valveless, meaning it protects both you and those around you. Ideal for situations where two-way protection matters.

The respirator meets FFP2 class requirements (capturing at least 94% of solid particles).

How to look after your half-mask

After each use

We recommend applying disinfectant spray to both the outer and inner surfaces of the half-mask. This sterilises it for safe further use.

Sterilisation: spray both sides of the surface with an alcohol- or isopropyl-alcohol-based disinfectant.

Cleaning and hand washing

Hand-wash in disinfectant and water based on alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. Thanks to the membrane, the half-mask retains its filtration performance even after several wash cycles.

Internal tests: filtration performance retained even after 7 wash cycles.
