Dr.Nek 4D HIFU Therapy

Technologie HIFU - High Intensity Focused Ultrasound is a high intensity focused ultrasound. It is a technology that works on the basis of intense deeply focused ultrasound, which is precisely targeted up to a depth of 4.5 mm under the skin.

Dr.Nek 4D HIFU Therapy can non-invasively and without any damage or influence on surface skin tissues, accurately target any tissue depth and there create a dense network of microscopic zones of thermal coagulation points. These points then switch off the tissue immediately after application and induce a healing response of the organism associated with the formation of new collagen- the protein responsible for the firmness of the skin and its youthful appearance. This proliferative phase subsequently passes into phase d-modeling, when switched off and thickened tissue together with re-modeling collagen ensures a significant lifting effect. 

The 4D Dr.Nek HIFU Therapy device is suitable for the following treatments:

The treatment results in non-invasive skin rejuvenation comparable to surgical lifting. Vhighly intense focused ultrasound is directed and applied fractionally into the deep layers of the skin. Thermal coagulation on the SMAS (superficial muscle-aponeurotic system), fascia, deep dermis and subcutaneous fibrous tissue with a gradual result in skin tightening and rejuvenation. 

Results are seen immediately and tend to improve within the next 2- 3 months to increase.

After the treatment, it is not advisable to expose the skin to direct UV radiation for one week and use it during a short stay in the sun cream with a high SPF factor.

Contraindications to the procedure:

• pregnancy and breastfeeding
• tattoo in the treatment area
• oncological diseases
• metal implants at the application site
• burnt skin (from the sun, solarium, after mesotherapy, chemical peeling)
• inflammatory processes on the skin at the application site
• skin deformities at the application site (open skin wounds, eczema...)
• dermal fillers
• breast implants (relates to the treatment of the cleavage) 
• keloid scars
• poor blood clotting and the use of blood clotting drugs
