How to Buy on Installments

1. Add your selected items to your cart. You can order several products at once – don’t forget any accessories you may need for the items you’re purchasing, etc.
2. Check your order in the cart, proceed to the payment method and select the ESSOX installment purchase option. Choose your delivery method from the available options and complete the order.
3. In the next step, you will be redirected to the ESSOX s.r.o. web application (usually by clicking a link or the ESSOX logo).
4. Fill in the online credit application. During the process you will choose how to sign the contract (online SMS signature or a handwritten signature on a paper contract – “courier signature”).
   1. To sign the contract correctly using SMS codes, you must be the holder of the account stated in the credit application. During the process you will be asked to confirm ownership of the specified bank account.
   2. To choose SMS signature, you will need one of the following secondary ID documents (driving licence, passport, or firearms licence).
   3. If you do not have any of these ID documents, or you are not the holder of a bank account held in your own name, please choose the paper contract signature – “courier signature”.
   4. Then submit the application for processing.
5. Once submitted, you will see the result of your application. You will receive the same information by e-mail as well.
6. If your application is approved, complete the process according to the instructions on screen or in the e-mail.
   1. For SMS signature, we will send you 2 SMS codes. With the first, you confirm that you will sign the contract using an SMS code. You will then view and confirm all documents marked “View and confirm”. You will sign the credit agreement – after confirming that the details in the contract are correct – using the second SMS code, which you will request. A total of two SMS codes is required to sign the contract successfully.
   2. If you choose Paper contract with courier signature, download the contract documents and read them through. The courier company will contact you and arrange a time to bring you the contract documents. They will carry out identity verification and you will sign the contract. You will keep one copy of the contract, and the courier will deliver the other copy, together with the identification form, to ESSOX.
7. Once the contract is signed and delivered to the credit provider ESSOX s.r.o., it undergoes review. Once the review is successful, ESSOX immediately informs the seller so that your goods can be shipped.
8. The seller ships the goods to you and collects the direct payment from you (if you chose one), most commonly by cash on delivery.
