Who is the in-person course suitable for?
The in-person Korean Lash Lifting course is suitable for beauticians, lash stylists, beauty studio owners, PMU specialists and aspiring beauty professionals who want to add professional lash lifting to their salon services. It is also suitable for stylists who already perform classic lash lamination and would like to expand their knowledge of the modern Korean approach, cysteamine systems and advanced natural lash assessment.
Your Trainer – Kristýna Rothová

The course is led by Kristýna Rothová, a beauty specialist who has been professionally working in permanent make-up for 3 years and lash lifting for 2 years. Her work is characterised by precision, an individual approach to each client and, above all, an emphasis on the correct and safe application of each technique.
Thanks to her everyday professional practice, she is able to share not only theoretical knowledge during the training, but above all practical experience, proven working methods and important details that can make a significant difference to the final result.
Her aim is not simply to demonstrate the correct procedure, but to teach participants how to think about the treatment – how to correctly assess the condition of natural lashes, select the appropriate procedure and achieve beautiful results while maintaining maximum respect for the client's natural lashes. She teaches the course in a clear and systematic way so that participants truly understand each step and are able to apply the techniques independently in their own professional practice.
Course structure and practical training
The course combines professional theory with hands-on practical training. The aim is not only to teach you how to perform each step, but also to help you understand why each step is used and how to adapt the procedure to the individual client.
What you can expect after completing the course
After completing the in-person course, you will understand the principles of Korean Lash Lifting, the individual stages of the treatment and the reasons why specific products and procedures are used.
You will be able to assess the condition of natural lashes, choose the appropriate silicone shield, adapt the procedure to different lash types and perform each stage of the treatment safely and systematically. The final result of lash lifting always depends on the quality and condition of the natural lashes, the products used and correct adherence to the treatment procedure.
Key principles of Korean Lash Lifting
The procedure is adapted to the length, strength, flexibility and current condition of the client's natural lashes.
During lash lifting, the bonds within the keratin structure are modified in a controlled way, allowing the lash to be shaped and subsequently fixed into its new curl.
The course explains the differences between the active systems used and their role in professional lash lamination.
The Korean approach may complement the classic process with additional steps focused on the preparation, protection, flexibility and stabilisation of natural lashes.
The size and shape of the silicone shield are selected according to lash length, eye shape, natural growth direction and the desired final effect.
Practical information
Professional information
Natural lashes are composed primarily of keratin. During lamination, appropriate products temporarily modify the chemical bonds within the keratin structure. The lashes are shaped on a silicone shield and their new shape is subsequently fixed.
Professional lash lamination uses, among others, thioglycolate and cysteamine systems. During the course, you will learn the basic differences between these systems and the importance of following the correct treatment procedure and processing times.
The effects of Korean Lash Lifting typically last approximately 6–8 weeks. The duration varies individually and depends on the natural lash growth cycle, the quality of the natural lashes, correct treatment application and subsequent aftercare.
