Dr.Nek Ice&Metal Therapy metal spatula is used to shape the waist and legs. It works as a "scraper" after breaking down fat tissue. Ideal for supporting the lymphatic technique. 

Ice&Metal Therapy is a method that uses a set of special metal elements and a frozen mixture. It is non-invasive body shaping and fat burning using cold. A process (called thermogenesis) that breaks down fat cells and reduces fat in problem areas. Fat cells are removed through the lymphatic system or the body uses them as energy.
