Online Course Dr. Nek Meso Gun

Dr. Nek Meso Gun (you may know similar devices such as Vital Injector, Mesoboost, Skinbooster, Mesojet Gun) is a device that combines two technologies – meso-chip transdermal penetration and radiofrequency. The device creates tens of thousands of temporary microchannels through which serums are effectively, quickly, and painlessly delivered into the middle layer of the skin.

Technology Overview:

Meso-chip transdermal penetration is an advanced form of mesotherapy using a special device called a "meso-chip," which enables easier and more effective application of cosmetic substances through the skin.

Radiofrequency is a cosmetic procedure that uses high-frequency electromagnetic energy to heat the skin and subcutaneous layers. This thermal energy stimulates collagen and elastin production, resulting in improved skin quality and elasticity.

With the Dr. Nek Meso Gun, any active substance can be delivered into both facial and body areas.

• The typical amount of active substances delivered into the facial area is approx. 2 ml.

• For the face, neck, and décolleté, approx. 2.5–3 ml.

• For problematic body areas (abdomen, arms, thighs, buttocks, hips), approx. 5 ml per area.

The device consists of a main unit with a display and a gun, which holds a cartridge. The cartridge includes a meso-chip surrounded by radiofrequency elements and a sterile syringe connected via tubing, which precisely delivers active ingredients.

Meso-chips come in three different sizes:

• A chip designed for the eye area, around the lips and nose

• A chip for the face (cheeks, chin, forehead)

• A chip for the body

For facial treatments, you can use:

• Anti-aging serums

• Hyaluronic acid

• Serums for dark circle reduction

• Whitening serums for pigmentation spots

• And many more

For body areas like the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, arms, and hips, you can use Cellulite and Lypolesse serums, which accelerate the process of lipolysis in areas with high localized fat concentration.

The device also allows you to select red, green, or blue LED light during treatment via the display.

Contraindications for device use:

• Pregnancy

• Breastfeeding

• Fresh scars

• Sunburnt or otherwise damaged skin

• Inflammatory acne

• Eczema

• Bacterial, viral, inflammatory, or oncological diseases

• Poor blood clotting

• Use of blood-thinning medication

• Cardiovascular diseases, pacemaker

• Metal implants in the body

• Diabetes

• Cancer

• Implants and absorbable fillers – wait at least 20 days after application

• We do not recommend treatment during the first 2–3 days of menstruation, as the body reacts differently, and women may be more sensitive or overreact to treatment.
