Collagen

• is one of the most abundant proteins in our body, it ensures skin elasticity, in addition it helps to replace dead cells. Fish collagen is one of the best forms of collagen available. Hydrolyzed collagen type I powder binds water very well, making it able to keep skin hydrated and supple even as we age. The collagen powder works from within, thus providing elasticity to the deeper layers of the skin. Vitamin C contributes to the normal production of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, skin, gums and teeth, helps protect cells from oxidative stress, reduces levels of fatigue and exhaustion

Vitamin C ( ascorbic acid)

• is a water-soluble nutrient and above all a vitamin that is absolutely essential for maintaining our physical health, without it most of the processes in our body could not function properly, vitamin C helps to protect cells from oxidative stress. It helps the normal function of the immune system. It contributes to the proper function of the nervous system and to normal mental activity. Contributes to reducing the level of fatigue and exhaustion. Contributes to the normal production of collagen for normal function of bones, cartilage, skin, gums and teeth.

Dosage: Once a day, mix 7g ( 3x5 ml scoop ) of the mixture in 200 ml of cold water and drink. The recommended daily dose is 3 scoops (7g).

Ingredients: Hydrolysed marine collagen, acidity regulator, citric acid, flavour, L-ascorbic acid ( vitamin C ) sweetener : steviol glycosides.

Warning: Do not use if you are allergic to fish and fish products. Not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. This product is not suitable for children under 15 years of age.
Not for use by pregnant or lactating women (consult your physician before using this product). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
