Ayurvedic Full Body Massage – In-person Course

Ayurvedic full body massage is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic treatment based on ancient Indian tradition. This method harmonizes both body and mind, stimulates energy pathways, and supports the body’s natural regeneration.

The procedure combines natural oils, specialized massage techniques, and energy work, providing not only muscle and joint relaxation but also overall body balance. It is not just a classic massage, but a ritual that promotes detoxification, enhances vitality, and brings a feeling of lightness.

The course was created with a strong focus on practice and deeper understanding – in collaboration with MUDr., Mgr., Bc. Straková, who contributed a therapeutic and medical perspective.
The course is based on real techniques tested in practice.
All procedures come from professional scripts – no shortcuts, but a structured system step by step.
We will teach you Ayurvedic massage so that you understand why, what, when, and how – and feel confident in your work.
