In-Person Craniosacral Therapy Course

Craniosacral therapy is a non-pharmacological manual method that works with gentle rhythmic movements of the body and supports natural regenerative processes. Therapists learn to perceive and balance tension within the craniosacral system—from the skull through the spine to the sacrum—with the aim of reducing physical and energetic imbalances.

What you will learn in the course:

• Fundamentals of craniosacral therapy theory and the history of the method

• Anatomy and physiology of related structures (skull, spine, sacrum)

• Perception and palpation of craniosacral rhythms

• Practical techniques for releasing tension and stillpoint techniques

• Safe step-by-step application of therapy

• Indications and contraindications for working with clients

The course is led by:

Mgr. et Mgr. Iva Uhlíková

University education:

• Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague (law, criminology, psychology)

• Social Pedagogy – IMS Brno (pedagogy, psychology)

• several years of practice in craniosacral therapy

• one of two certified Metamorphic Technique therapists in Prague

• completed course in Energy Work

• student of the Italian Academy of Holistic Psychology
