Procedure:

During the Dr.Nek EMS zero professional treatment you lie down and your muscles exercise themselves.
We attach a belt and one to four attachments to your body, select the gender, the part/parts to be treated, the program, set the intensity and go for it.

There is nothing special to observe before or after the procedure!
